A Lucky Winner will receive a FREE Oil Boiler

1. Ugly Boiler Contest will begin on Wednesday, December 9th, 2025, and all contest entries must be received by 4:00pm on Wednesday, December 24th, 2025.
2. To participate in the contest, please fill out online form and upload photos. All entries must include Full Name, Full Address, phone, email and photo to qualify.
3. Entrants may submit only one entry per house. Entries submitted may not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission of an entry shall not be deemed proof of receipt by the Contest Administrator.
4. Entrants will be required to complete in full Name, Address, Phone & Email in which the boiler resides. New England Total Energy reserves the right to disqualify any entrant that does not provide all information.
5. Limited 1 Water Boiler per home, in home consultation required.
6. Upon winning, the winning entrant gives permission to New England Total Energy for use of images or likeness of their old and new boiler unit and winning entrants' name in any of its promotional materials.
7. Prize will be awarded to the entrant representative listed on the submission form.
8. The existing boiler unit must be in use and in working condition. All entrants must be 21+ and own the home in which the old boiler is located.
9. This prize is non-transferable and may not be deemed for cash. Employees of New England Total Energy or their families are not eligible to participate in this contest.
10. There will be a total of one (1) winner selected by New England Total Energy drawn at random on January 15th, 2026.

Eligibility Restrictions

1. This Contest is open to homeowners who are 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry into the Contest, who are legal US residents and who submit an entry for one home in Fairfield County, CT or Westchester County, NY.
2. Home must already have in working condition a water oil boiler heating system.
3. Winners must possess a valid, government-issued ID and show proof of residency to verify eligibility.
4. In order to claim the prize, the winning entrant must own the home where the prize will be installed, may be required to show proof upon request, and the home must be located within Fairfield County, CT or Westchester County, NY.

Prizes

1. Up to one (1) prize will be awarded to the winning entrant. The prize consists of one single zone water oil boiler unit and includes delivery and installation, as described below.

Approximate Retail Value of the prize is up to $15,000

1. Removal of existing equipment
2. Reconnect to existing water piping.
3. Reconnect to electrical (Not responsible for the condition of existing electrical lines)
4. Reconnect condensate drain system (Not responsible for the condition of existing condensate drain)
5. New England Total Energy pulls permit (as needed) by town. Homeowner will be responsible for any required code upgrades.
6. Complete system check, test, and start up including cleaning our work area.
7. Manufacturer may provide a 10-year parts warranty to the original winner only.
8. Accessories carry a 1-year parts warranty only (if applicable).
9. New England Total Energy will provide a 1-year labor warranty with the installation.
10. New England Total Energy is not responsible for any existing illegal conditions.
11. New England Total Energy shall not be responsible for any damages incurred due to the inability of the building structure to properly support the installed equipment, or for expenses incurred in removing, replacing, or refinishing part of the building structure necessary for the performance of any service or installation, unless otherwise noted in the Contract.
12. New England Total Energy shall not be liable for the identification, detection, abatement, encapsulation, storage, removal, or transportation of any regulated or hazardous substances. Regulated or hazardous substances may include, but are not limited to, asbestos, certain refrigerants, and refrigerant oils. If any such products or materials are encountered during the course of work, New England Total Energy can discontinue work until regulated or hazardous materials have been removed or hazard or liability is eliminated.
